We’re just half-way through January which means you’re probably starting to get a little shaky when it comes to your New Year’s Eve resolutions. So, if you need a little pick-me-up to spook your non-committal blues away, what better place to start than ‘The Biggest Loser.’
After 17 seasons, the show has become one of the most shocking (and inspiring) in the fitness field. With the entire premise being to find a winner based on how much weight they lose, it’s no shock that the transformations are drastic to say the least.
