Serena Williams shutting down a question about Meghan Markle is simply epic

If you’ve come for the tennis, talk about the dang tennis! Tennis champion Serena Williams competed in the Australian Open on Monday where she bagged herself a win. After the open, she sat down with reporters for a round of questioning. However, one was clearly not interested in her success and took a stab at prying into the personal life of Williams’ friend Meghan Markle.

The reporter asked, “Your good friend, Meghan Markle, who attended your last two slams, and Harry, have taken a move, a stance that many people think is extraordinary and historic. What are your feelings about that? Have you spoken to her?”

Williams shot that dream well out of the sky with a response that could only be deemed iconic: “Yeah, I have absolutely no comments on anything with that. But good try. You tried. You did good.”
