Winnie Harlow joins Saudi model for a groundbreaking magazine cover

As a pioneer for self-love, acceptance and embracing your uniqueness, Winnie Harlow is one of the planet’s biggest inspirations.

Growing up with vitiligo, Winnie is no stranger to body confidence issues, but is overcoming them and has paved the way for men and women suffering from the skin condition. Vitiligo is a rare skin condition that affect 1% of the population. The condition causes a loss of pigmentation in the skin resulting in white patches.

Joining Winnie in the fight for diversity is Saudi model Shahad Salman, and apart from both being unbelievably stunning, they are practically twins.

The two met via social media where they realised that they looked amazingly alike and after forming a bond, are now coming together a year later for the June cover of Vogue Arabia.

Shahad posted a picture to her instagram featuring her and Winnie side by side. Winnie told Vogue Arabia, “She wrote in the caption that it was ‘weird’ how similar we looked. I commented saying that it was not weird, but that she was so gorgeous.”
