Netflix’s Grace and Frankie are returning early for season 7. Here’s how

Our favorite pair of best friends is coming back sooner than expected so that we have something exciting to look forward to amidst all the chaos. Grace and Frankie is releasing an episode from its upcoming season 7, but here’s how.

Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin and the rest of the cast will reunite to do a table reading of season 7’s first episode, all for a good cause.

“Staying at home but still rising up!” tweeted the show’s official handle, “Watch the cast of Grace and Frankie perform a live table read of a never before seen episode from our upcoming seventh season via @NetflixIsAJoke!”

This table reading will happen on April 9, @NetflixIsAJoke’s YouTube page, followed by a live Q&A with the cast that the show’s co-creator Marta Kauffman will moderate.

“All we’ve got is time on our hands and technology at our fingertips. So we decided to use both of those assets to raise money for Meals on Wheels, which brings food to food-insecure and isolated seniors,” said Kauffman. “They are among our most vulnerable right now and need our help.”
